Office Administrator position:

Hours: Part-time 10-20 hours; hybrid position with some in-person and remote expectations

Compensation: $20-25/hr

Position: Luminary Counseling is a small group practice that offers mental health therapy services and psychiatric medication management services.

A new team member is needed for:

Managing new patient inquiries via email and phone
Managing voicemails and returning calls
Helping to onboard new patients
Maintaining and managing patient waitlist
Collaborating with clinical director to provide support with credentialing, contracting and billing
Printing of documents and forms
Maintaining clinical resources on shared drive and answering clinical requests for documents
Ordering and maintain office supplies
Managing waiting room and play therapy space at least 1-2x/wk

Other expectations:

Attend team meeting for an hour once every three weeks
Weekly meeting with clinical director

Clinician position:

Luminary Counseling is a small group practice looking to add a new clinician to our team who is interested in clinical collaboration and values learning, education and sharing of knowledge and resources.

Private practice can be isolating but we have worked to create a team of clinicians who value connection, communication and learning from each other. This is achieved through sharing resources, protecting time for group collaboration and consult, being available for clinical consultation and prioritizing education.

Job flexibility is important and available in this role. We have a beautiful office space available including a waiting room and designated play therapy space. The position available is for in-person or a hybrid of in-person and telehealth. We offer Competitive pay, CEU reimbursement, clinical consult, licensure supervision and other benefits.

Ideally looking for licensed clinicians who are willing to work 15 hours or more in this role however willing to consider those on path to independent license and can be flexible on hours for the right fit. We are looking for clinicians who are interested in working with couples, families or children.
